The G4NA engine is a 2.0-liter gasoline engine first introduced by Hyundai in 2010. It is installed in various Hyundai and Kia models, such as Elantra, Optima, Sonata, Tucson, and others.
The engine has different power outputs and is available in both gas and petrol versions. It is a 4-stroke, water-cooled engine with appliions in a range of vehicles. The G4NA engine features a bore x stroke of 81 mm × 97 mm and is designed to fill the gap between the new Gamma 1.6L and the 2.0L Theta II engines.
